Massage Therapy.
Massage Therapy includes the assessment of the soft tissue and joints of the body and the treatment and prevention of physical dysfunction and pain of the soft tissues and joints in order to develop and maintain, rehabilitate or augment physical function or relieve pain.
Acupuncture.
Medical acupuncture is the stimulation of the peripheral nervous system through the insertion and stimulation of acupuncture needles in order to induce reflex neuromodulatory responses (sensory, motor, autonomic) for therapeutic purposes of treating pain and dysfunction.
